When the guest of an accommodation facility forgets an object, we notify him, we agree everything regarding the shipment (delivery address, insurance, type of shipment, etc.), and once the guest has paid for the shipment we generate all documentation and the shipping label, then we collect the package and deliver it worldwide, with the best international couriers (DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX). A wonderful, unique hotel in a beautiful setting. Staff was extremely helpful. I discovered after we got home that we had left Airpods there. The hotel was so easy to work with in getting the Airpods back. I highly recommend this hotel.
